PUBLIC INQUIRY INTO RSL LIFECARE

The NSW Liberal Party has previously disclosed donations received from RSL LifeCare Limited consistent with our obligations under election funding and disclosure laws.

The RSL and related organisations such as RSL LifeCare Limited play a very important role in our community, supporting the needs of veterans and their families.

Given the circumstances examined by the Public Inquiry, the Party believed it was appropriate to return donations received from RSL LifeCare Limited. All donations identified were returned last year.

The NSW Liberal Party will study the Report of the Public Inquiry carefully. If any further donations have been identified, beyond those already returned, the Liberal Party will refund them immediately.
