New South Wales set a new benchmark this week with the lowest unemployment rate in Australia for three consecutive years.

Treasurer Dominic Perrottet and Minister for Primary Industries, Niall Blair today announced a $50 million investment in the state’s primary industries research stations to help bolster on-farm productivity and protect the $15 billion sector.

The NSW Government today confirmed Opal fares will not increase to the full extent recommended by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART). Instead, fares will only be adjusted in line with inflation.
